Surf’s up at Surfboat Brewery’s Happy Hour every Monday to Friday from 5-7 pm! Ride the wave of savings as we serve up beer schooners at middy prices. Kick back after a long day or kickstart your evening with a cold craft schooner in hand.
Happy Hour also applies to our ginger beer, hard lemon, hard apple and spicy citrus range of sweeter drinks!

The Surfboat Brewery Story
Surfboat Brewery was born from a shared vision by Kim and Terri, two long-time residents with deep roots in the local community. Kim, who has lived in the area for over 60 years, cherishes his youthful days of surfboat racing, a spirited and classic Australian sport that continues to thrive locally. Inspired by the teamwork and camaraderie of the sport, Kim and Terri witnessed the diminishing of community hubs over the years and saw a growing need for a place where locals could reconnect and make new memories. Determined to revive the communal spirit, they founded Surfboat Brewery as a vibrant venue for socialising, entertainment, and community building. Here, every element—from the decor to the beers on tap—is infused with local pride and nostalgia for the community's rich heritage and ongoing traditions. Kim and Terri invite you to join them at Surfboat Brewery, a cornerstone of community life, where every visit celebrates great beer and even greater company.
