Room hire for events, parties and meetings.
Surfboat Brewery has two large modern spaces available for hire. The rooms are fully adaptable to meet your needs and offer private access. Suitable for gatherings of any kind, parties, networking groups, business meetings, presentations, live bands, dance classes, group activities. Also, the rooms are perfect for hosting your own workshops, classes or studio style productions.
We can arrange seating configurations, stationery and whiteboards, AV support and food & beverage packages. There is ample parking with 14 spots onsite and free parking on nearby streets within the Warriewood Business Park (especially outside of office hours).
*Please note that access to our hire rooms is via a stairway, which means they are not wheelchair accessible. Should you require wheelchair access, we are happy to adapt our ground floor area, including our café and beer garden, to accommodate your needs.
The Bombora Room
This 80sqm room is located above our brewery space and is accessed via a private stairway. It is ideal for 30-50 people.
With natural light flowing through windows on two walls, including a view of our brewing area, you’ll appreciate the relaxed and casual feel of the Beaches. The room includes air conditioning, programable lighting, separated audio, visual aids, great danceable floor and is limited only by your imagination.
We can provide low seating, high seating, conference seating, tables. Food & beverage packages available.
Rowers' Room
This 150sqm room is located above our dining & bar space and is accessed via a private stairway. It is ideal for 80-100 people.

With an existing stage area, this room is highly suitable for larger events like parties, performances or awards nights. The room includes private bar, air conditioning, programmable lighting, feature disco style lighting and smoke machine, separate audio, visual aids, projector, stage and large dance floor. It is a perfect party room as it’s sound proofed to keep noise inside!
